The Rosi Jay Fitness Full Body Guide is an 8 week full body training programme designed for women of all fitness abilities. The workouts are progressive and challenge you each week. You will receive 2 full workout plans- one for weeks 1-4 followed by another for weeks 5-8 which is more complex and intense.
