HOW IT WORKS
To begin with, you will be sent a client questionnaire to fill out. This is so we can establish what your nutrition goals are and to make sure we will be a good fit together.
Once you're signed up, you will be sent an in-depth form to fill out in as much detail as possible. This form will include your starting measurements and photos, your current fitness and diet regime and much more. This form gives me the information I need to begin building your nutrition plan.
You will be sent the first part of the Rosi Jay Fitness Guide to Nutrition. This is an in-depth nutrition e-book that breaks everything down into easy to understand parts. Each month, you will receive the next part of the guide which will focus on different aspects of nutrition, all at a pace that will suit you.
Through the app, you will be sent your personalised macros/calories along with the Rosi Jay Fitness Recipe Book. The app also has a food diary feature which allows you to track your food so we can see if/what may need adjusting.
We will also do regular check-ins throughout your journey which are done weekly. This is when we can review your progress and adjust your plan accordingly. At this check-in, we will re-do your measurements and photos and compare to the previous measurements.
Along with your check-ins, you have e-mail support. You will also have unlimited WhatsApp/text/phone call and Skype support if you have any queries, need any help or just need some motivation to get you through your day!
