HOW IT WORKS
To join the challenge, simply click the link above and you will be sent to a sign-up page. The challenge begins on Monday 10th August 2020.
Once you sign up and create your account on the app, your first week of workouts will already be waiting for you. Along with your 2 free recipe books and an info pack that explains everything in more detail.
Through the app, you can track your workouts as you do them and track your measurements throughout the challenge.
The challenge will run until Sunday 6th September 2020.
