HOW IT WORKS

To join the challenge, simply click the link above (either the home or gym-based one) and you will be sent to a sign-up page. The challenge begins on Monday 26th October 2020.

Once you sign up and create your account on the app, your recipe books and your welcome pack will already be waiting for you on the app. You'll be asked to fill out a form in order to receive your personalised nutrition targets. The day before the challenge begins, your first phase of workouts will be uploaded onto your app along with your nutrition.

Through the app, you can track your workouts as you do them and track your measurements throughout the challenge.

The challenge will run until Sunday 20th December 2020.
