Starting Monday 1st February 2021

28 Day Workout Challenge designed to kick start your motivation and give you your mojo back with your health and fitness. You'll have a 4 week workout programme (increasing in intensity from week to week), recipe books for meal ideas + inspiration and group support. All you need is a pair of dumbbells (or something you can use at home like water bottles, wine bottles etc!)
