The New Year Challenge is a 28 day challenge designed to kick start your motivation and help get you closer to your fitness goals in 2022. You'll have a 4 week workout programme (with optional extra workouts each week), help with working out your calories, fun weekly challenges, group support and the chance to win prizes at the end. 

There is a home or a gym option to choose from. For the home option, you will need a pair of dumbbells or you can substitute them for anything you have lying around at home (eg. water bottles, tin cans). 

All of this for a one-off payment of £39.

The challenge starts on Monday 10th January 2022 and ends on Sunday 6th February 2022.

The winner will receive one month free 1-1 online coaching which is redeemable at any time.

The runner up will receive a free copy of any of my fitness guides.
